You can have a screen flow accessible from every page by enabling the Lightning utility bar. This way, the Flow is available to users from every page. The utility bar is specific to a specific Lightning app, and it can be used to our advantage if we want to enable a screen flow for a specific group of users.

Now, let’s look at a simplified practical scenario.

A business scenario for a screen flow

In this scenario, service agents will be able to capture shipping addresses from your customers from the Account page.

Let’s capture this on a process flow from start to end. This is a simple scenario but very practical for easy understanding, although, in reality, Screen Flow can get very complex. Take notes as you draw this flow and while socializing with stakeholders.

The steps for this process are as follows:

The user clicks on a button or links on the screen (the page layout).

If the shipping address is the same as the billing address, copy the billing address to the shipping address (see the following note).
